Entry Guidelines for The Valley Live Stream Participation

To maintain the high standard and authenticity of The Valley, we have developed the following guidelines for artists, creators, and industry professionals who want to participate as guests, submit content, or contribute segments to the show.

Eligibility Criteria

1. Genre Focus:

◦ Primary focus on independent and underground hip-hop artists, and producers.

◦ Artists blending hip-hop with R&B, experimental, or avant-garde influences are welcome.

2. Content Standards:

◦ Must submit original unreleased music or creative work. (song will be researched)

◦ No plagiarized or unauthorized content.

◦ Lyrics and content must adhere to a standard of creative authenticity.

◦ Explicit content is permitted but must be contextually appropriate and authentic to the artist’s voice.

Submission Requirements Music Submission Guidelines:

• MP3 or WAV format (320kbps minimum preferred)

• Track title and artist name should be on song file

• Links to artist's social media ​

• Indicate whether you are FAST PASS by clicking the optional button

Additional Guidelines

• Submission does not guarantee placement on the stream.

• The Valley reserves the right to edit content for time, clarity, and viewer engagement.

• Songs are selected via random drawing, but eligibility is predicated on engagement, only those submissions from artists who have commented "785", liked the stream, and shared the stream will be eligible for participation. 

Key Deadlines:

• Music content: Submissions are welcome during the stream.
